SPU Tax Documents

All SPU faculty are paid on a W-2. 

To access the W-2 forms, log in to SPIRIT Online Employee Menu and select “Tax Information” →

This action will bring you to the Tax Information page in Self-Service. →

If you have not already done so, you must FIRST give your consent to receive the tax forms electronically. The University does not offer the option for tax forms to be mailed.

Once you consent to this delivery method, you will be able to view/download/print the W-2 generated for each tax year relevant to your employment.

These forms will remain listed here for the duration of your employment at SPU.
