Watermark Research Paper Instructions (EDUC 602)
You will need to upload the final version of your research paper in EDUC 602 on Watermark (in addition to uploading it on Canvas). Here is the information you need to access Watermark.
Login to: https://sll.watermarkinsights.com/login#/ using your MSV Outlook account as your username.
If you have a filter, you will need to whitelist this website. (*If you get an error message when trying to access this website, please go to the end of this email for suggestions.)
When you are logging in for the first time, use “forgot password” which will send a reset password link to your MSV Outlook account. (Your MSV Gmail account is no longer active. The password reset will ONLY go to your MSV Outlook account.)
If you never logged into your MSV Outlook account (which is accessed via office.com), please reach out to watermark@sarasch.myiqsolutionsllp.in ASAP and ask that your Outlook password be reset.
Once you’ve logged in to your MSV Outlook account, you can follow the link in the email you received from Watermark to reset your password. This email may take 30 minutes to an hour to arrive, although it usually comes sooner than that.
Once you’ve logged into your Watermark account, switch from Timeline to Progress on the left side of the screen,
Your course will appear with the name of the course.
When you click on EDUC 602, it will take you to a page that looks like this:
Click on Research Project and upload the final version of your Research Paper. (Check that you uploaded the correct paper!) When you’ve successfully uploaded it, click the Submit button in the top right corner.
This will bring you back to the home page and the status will indicate Awaiting Assessment. Once the instructor marks your paper, the status will show Completed.
If you upload the wrong paper and your instructor rejects your submission, you will need to go back to the assignment on Watermark, click “Withdraw” on the top right and re-upload the correct paper.

* If you get a security message from your browser, click “reload” and that should allow you to access the website.
If you are still getting an error message, you can try clearing your cache and cookies. (Here are instructions for doing that in Chrome.)
Please note that Watermark works best with Google Chrome. If you cannot get it to work in Chrome, you can try Firefox or Edge.
